However, Fluid Fundamentals Training and Engineered Software, reserves the right to modify course content and materials as required in the interests of continuous course improvement. Fluid Fundamentals Training and Engineered Software also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course start dates, end dates, timetables and course location. Students will be given sufficient notice of any such changes.
If the case of unforeseen circumstances or of insufficient numbers enrolled into a course, Fluid Fundamentals Training and Engineered Software reserves right to cancel a course. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date; Every effort will be made to avoid cancellations.
Our Customer Service Department will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation). Be sure to add email@example.com to your email address book so you are sure to receive these messages.

Refund Policy for Public Seminars: We are confident that our seminar will provide you with the improved skills and techniques you expect. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, send us a letter or email (Attn: Customer Relations) within 30 days of attending the seminar stating the reason you were not satisfied, and we'll arrange for you to attend another one of our seminars or receive a refund - hassle-free.
Our Cancellation Policy for Public Seminars: You may cancel your registration up to 30 business days before the seminar. Your registration fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 30 business days prior to the seminar, you may (1) send a substitute from your organization or (2) transfer your registration fee within 12 months to another seminar or conference of your choice. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
